He's smaller than Billie from pics I've gotten of the two of them in close proximity.

I have a pic of the left leg band of Mr. Yellow Tape He does not have a name as I tracked his identity down-he hails from an undisclosed site near Rochester as the DEC only banded them and didn't give names. I believe he was mistaken for a female. This is what I found on a list I had saved of known Rochester birds that are still alive
