You put a big flower pot on the balcony..one of those large orange ceramic ones and fill it up with earth then some pebbles on top....pretend you are growing errr...a tree   but oh no, look what happened a falcon has laid her eggs there...  Sounds like a plan..worked at other places! I can do a flower pot! And, I wish I had an air conditioner in my window!!!  |

She's just plain gorgeous-all grown up on us! The adrenaline is still racing thru me 2 hours later! Sure wish y'all could have been on that balcony with me!!!  You should set up a nest box on that balcony, MAK!!! If I could, I'd rather put a box on my 16th floor balcony Bobbie  |

I think I missed the memo...what does RGS stand for? Beats me Ei-the building used to have the letters RGS on it but they're gone now. We just call it that cuz that's what we know it as.  I googled it and found this- RGS Energy Group, the parent company of Rochester Gas & Electric OK then. Where is it so I can mark it on the map? It is on the southeast corner of East Avenue and Chestnut Street.  |
