I don't believe we can conclude that there were 2 at each sight because of the delay factor in tweets,cameras and cyber space in general. The only sure way would have been to have someone downtown at the same time Larry was at BS to confirm 2 at the same time. I can see Beauty getting agitated over a gull too close to her nest especially if DC is not around to take care of it and not to mention she is probably close to laying eggs and I'm sure a gull would steal an egg for a snack. DC does not always go in the nest box either. Too many uncertainties.  I think everything was fine-just my opinion.

I can think of no bird that is more charming than the Long-tailed Tit. They remind me of little Christmas-tree ornaments (I may have said this!). So it is good to see that their numbers are up.
