That was so sweet!    I love Koalas and all things Australian-my dream trip!!! 

There are no brochures or flyers that I know of. I do know that this has been discussed several times in the last year or two.

I hear it may go condo, so if you want to spend 24/7 with the falcons and the Phillipone building isn't classy enough for you, go with Gannett!

Phillipone's going condo too? Hmmm....

The Philipone building is all converted and the street floor is going to be a retail business. I too, have seen people living there walking their dogs. I talked to a few of the workers over the summer and I was told at that time the first tenant was moved in and they told me how much per month-kinda pricey.
