Without looking at leg band I would say it's DC. Picture from cam 2 shows heart shaped mustache of DC. However the leg band surely looks like black over green with a 5 on the black.

There was 2 falcons on FCT this morning as I found the other one after looking closer at my watch report pics. Amazing how you can miss them in that metal maze we call the FCT!
