That's alot of pennies...140,000 or 200,000 to be exact!    And that's my  worth! 

    I had a banner day and the only thing that would have made it better is if you all could have been there too!    Bobbie as soon as I saw that diner I thought of you and the Highland diner!  And Donna as we were walking through the tall grass looking for that transmitter we brought up the fact that there were probably snakes around so that made me think of you! lol    

  I forgot about that Ei. Thanks for the memories! 

 

As promised here is the link to my album from Saturday when I went on a road trip with Joyce to Moravia,NY and met up with KathyO,Dana,Lisa McK and CarolP to find the transmitter of a gull from Montreal. We didn't find it but we had fun anyway stopping in Auburn,NY on the way back for lunch at Hunters Dinerant(an old fashioned diner car) and then on to the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge. It was a great day spent with some special people and wildlife! As always no sign in is required. Enjoy!

   Thanks Donna!  This pair of juvies was very vocal! I don't know much about Osprey so maybe someone else could say if they are normally chatty birds.  This is yet another raptor I have fallen in love with!!!

Here are the links to 3 videos I took today at Montezuma Wildlife Refuge of juvie Osprey. Joyce and I stopped there after our trip to find a transmitter with Dana,KathyO,CarolP and LisaMcK Saturday morning. We were unsuccessful in finding the transmitter but we all sure had fun!
