I think a better solution would be to have leash laws for cats just like dogs. Responsible cat owners don't let their pets roam around outside where they can cause harm or be harmed.

I truly believe he is just keeping company with her and eating her leftovers is a bonus. A couple of the veteran watchers have discussed it with me and we feel he is not displaying the behavior of a possible mate but that of an immature falcon. That being said if he sticks around until Archer returns there may be some issues!
