Happy Sinterklass! Do you all where wooden shoes for real?!  Just curious.

A friend of mine had 4 entries so I didn't comment or vote because of it. I did post about being mindful of the hard work these designers put into their logos cuz I witnessed it first hand. I thought the 2 finalists were nice but didn't seem strong enough for me. These falcons are powerful birds of prey and these logos didn't convey that to me. Just my opinion. It's all good.

On another note, tho - the NZ fines a certainly alot more acceptable (?) than the piddling amounts we have here. A mere matter of pence - just pocket money for the evil-doers.

Yeah Bobbie I did make notice of the steep fines compared to others.  They need to be even higher! 

These are the thousands that stay in Washington Square Park and the surrounding areas every night. I've had pics of them posted on the forum just recently. 20,000 of them! No wonder Beauty doesn't sleep on Xerox anymore. They are quite noisy! The sidewalks and areas under the trees they roost in are quite covered by excrement. It's a messy situation.

Yikes!  I didn't mean to start anything. Ok people in defense of myself I said Beauty is the queen of MERCURY! Set me straight ...did Mariah hang out on Mercury like Beauty does? Please don't send out the lynch mob, I didn't mean to offend Mariah or her fans(of which I am one)!  I would never try to take away Mariahs crown!!!

No falcon on their tails Donna! I took the pigeon pics while waiting for Beauty to show up yesterday morning right before Joyce showed up to join me. 

Lola the take off shot is my very first one. When I looked and saw that I had it I was ecstatic! People driving by must have thought I was nuts standing in the middle of the parking lot yelling and raising my arms in the air all by my lonesome. 

Bird Crazy she acts like she belongs there too! She is the queen of Mercury!!
