Any clue why the parking lot is blocked?

Jeanne there are 3 big dumpsters in the parking lot and a fence all the way around it with a gate across the driveway. I assume some kind of cleanout is going on at Frontier or maybe Midtown debris will be going in them. That's my best guess. ???

Then again... a female Merlin? Or maybe a Hobby. (I know what it is not...)

The wing configuration sure looks like a falcons to me. That was the first thing I noticed.
