And I thought my morning was busy! Great catches, MAK - love the different view of things with all the water. It does go down and the new dirt brings new nutrients for the soil. My morning pictures might get posted later. Maybe Did a complete walk-around of the property and all things considered, we are in very good shape (there was a much water rushing around the north side of the house where there was no construction as there was on the south (pool) side). Did some cleanup, raking, and more planting. Need to get some dirt. Basement is completely dry and there were ponds and rivers outside that door. Glad to hear you came out of it in good shape Janet.

Yes Donna, if I remember correctly Beauty was on Mercury at the same time. That's why I said it's all good cuz I had seen them both. I hope he didn't go YET! I'm sorry but I think he has. Maybe I'll see him in the morning.

That's correct Kris. The KP falcon hasn't been seen in approximately a week. Archer hasn't been seen since Monday or Tuesday I believe. We were discussing it today and feel that they have left the area. Sad to say, but I thought so. You did report though that you saw Archer on the Jail CT on Thursday the 30th at 7:40 AM but no sightings were reported after that.
Sorry 'bout that Kris I thought it was 2 or 3 days. I don't know why I said Monday or Tuesday. Long day I guess.

Awwwwwww, Maaaaaaaan!
Will I ever see one??
Bobbie, don't they have any in Ireland? You should come home for the muck race at Montezuma and then you could see the Sandhill cranes. I must say now that I've seen them they are one of my favorites! Nope, not here, MAK. I sure hope they will appear to me when I am home at the end of October. And I tell ya, when they do, they will count as Mega-Lifers!! Oh yeah - When's the Muck Race? (I can do muck... in fact, I do it almost every day around here... and that's just inside.) Not sure when the next muck race is but maybe Suzanne could answer that. She could probably tell us if the cranes might still be out at Montezuma still when you come home. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you in hopes that you get to see them.
