All I can say is WOW! I saw more stoops this morning than I've seen in the last month all together. Before I left the Broad St. bridge there were more stoops off the jail tower. Too far away to ID which PEFA. Don said he saw 2 at one point over the Susan B. Anthony bridge going toward jail tower. Jehovahs witnesses were out in full force inviting us to join them, handing out pamphlets,etc. This was the busiest morning since I started way back on June 19 after the fledge watchers meeting! Tonights watchers include Marcia,Joyce,Brian,Carol,Jeanne,Suzanne,Don and MAK. After a long day of searching for Callidora finally just before dark she came home from wherever she was all day. We were at Frontier parking lot watching Beauty and Archer flying above Xerox when suddenly Callidora came in from the east and flew with mom around HSBC for about 15 seconds. She disappeared behind HSBC and that's all she wrote. Everyone left except Jeanne and myself. We were treated to a distant Callidora kak, so we believe she was on the roof of HSBC somewhere as we decided it was too dark to stick around any longer.
Fish! They want fish! Unlike the osprey, they also want a good story to tell.
The real inspiration is that they aren't being stopped, and our lesson is just that. Live life to the fullest - every day - don't let the aches and pains stop you.
