Not that I know of Donna. We were concerned she'd make a play for either our site or TR Mom's site given they are both adjoining the site she was displaced from. But as far as I know she came straight for ours. She certainly seems happy at our site. The site she came from had a lot of human activity on the rooftop and she didn't appreciate it very much. Not that most falcons do but she seemed extra sensitive to human presence. At our site, in comparison, they very rarely go out on the roof at all so she's quite calm these days. It's nice to see her so relaxed. I have to chuckle every time I see her out there dozing on the web cam because I remember Tracy's stories of her but she seems so tame now.. . When the kids were here she certainly was crazy protective but now she's just enjoying the peace I'm thinking. She also seems okay - so far - with Jack not being around a lot and sharing him. I can't wait until they get the new cam up, it will be great to watch her with babies next year Thanks Carly, you have sooooo many nests, not sure how you guys keep up with them all. I too thought there was a falcon found on a roof top that was supposed to have been Angel. Maybe I am confusing it with someone else or visa versa. If so who was that? Stella, in Buffalo, was found on a rooftop. Maybe that's who you're thinking of? must be who I was thinking of. Sorry about confusing her with Angel. Hope we hear of where she is some day (and Mariah & Seneca too)

unless they are radio tagged or seen en route how does anyone know where they go? No one knows where Kaver or Archer went.
No one can say 100% where Lady goes every winter however the great bird migration from Europe to Africa is well known and documented so I'm guessing they just assume that is where she has gone. Given the time frame she leaves in it makes sense. If she were staying in Europe, she could stay later but her early departure indicates that she has a long journey ahead of her. well I hope she is safe and far away from any danger. but I was speculating about her mate from last year that didn't come back.

(movie) Beauty knocks Orville off the perch. Ooops! Should have waited before posting... (And should have guessed Donna would catch it.) NOW what do we do?! If Orion doesn't grab him and do some flying lessons with him. Next time they do any maintenance (camera or box) I assume they will put him back in the nest box. If he falls off maybe he can be rescued and rehabbed and released into the nest box this fall.
