Yes, but read the story that is underneath the one that was posted. It seems that "authorities" went back in and caught the mother hawk, took the baby hawk from the nest. They released the mother into the wild and placed the chicks into a foster nest. The second article also states that "someone" was seen climbing the fire escape right before the hawk attacked. It further said that with Tufts U. graduation coming, they didn't want an "agitated" hawk around! What's wrong with this picture? : Especially since Tufts has a School of Veterinary Medicine! Of course, if the dopey fools are out and about, both the birds and the school must be protected - the Hawks from the fools and Tufts from the LAWSUIT (that will be forthcoming) because the Fool wasn't protected from the Hawk! Don't you just love our PC World? if this jerk gets money from being a donkey's butt then some one should sue him on behalf of the hawks and take it back off him.

I don't think that is hail. I think it is water beading up on her feathers glowing in the camera light. I watched your movie and went to the archive viewer for that time frame. I saw no hail on the deck. It would hit there too much more than on Beauty. She got very wet that is for sure but was not hit by hail stones that I could see.
