What time were your pics taken, Allison????

I saved these pics between about 10:50 a.m. and 11:40 a.m. (my time), which is between 12:50 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. Rochester time.

Second egg today for Clara and Fernando:

      

When I checked the cam early yesterday evening, I found Clara in this position:

   

A little while later, she laid her first egg:

   

      

   

The substance affecting the seabirds has now been identified as polyisobutene (PIB), and the RSPB wants it banned.

Congratulations to Savannah and Derek on their brand new eaglet!

Not good pics, but the only glimpse I've had of the little one.

      

He doesn't look one bit comfortable with the GHO . . . 

So very sad that the ospreys lost their nest and eggs. I wonder what the chances are of providing another nest for them in case they might attempt to lay a second clutch.
