At 11:00 am on January 1, 2016, many of our Rochester Falcon Watchers gathered on Broad St across the street from the Times Square Bldg.  It was time for the 2016 Rfalconcam Toast.
The first arrivals were Beauty and Dot.ca.  They were on the south side, top IBeam of the First Federal Plaza (OCSR)....

When I arrived downtown, a little early, for the 2016 Rochester Falcons Toast, it was 29 degrees (F) and snowing. -I wanted to look for Beauty and Dot.ca before everyone arrived. -It didn't take me long to find them. -I was not the first one to arrive for the toast....
