This December weather has been something else as I started my watch with a temperature of 48 (F) 9 (C) and rainy overcast conditions
For the 2nd or 3rd day in a row I didn't see Billie or Seth at Seneca Towers. I saw Beauty and Dot.ca (DC) for a fleeting moment...
