10:30 am to 1:30 pm - 35 degrees (F) & lightly snowing for the first 1 1/2 hours of my watch.
I first checked out Kodak Park West (KPW) and BS. -No falcons seen at either location.
When I arrived downtown, I found both Beauty and Dot.ca close together on the south...
