I found Beauty on the top ibeam northwest side of OCSR from the Andrews St. bridge around 7:45am as I was on my way back from the east side. I drove to State St. across from the Rochester Plaza...

I was finally able to get out for a falcon watch! -The sunshine was awesome, but I would have liked it to be a little bit warmer than the 26 degrees (F) I read on a downtown clock. -Brrrr!
