I was lucky enough to start my watch as I stepped out the door from Seneca Towers with Billie and 99 (new name for Mr. Yellow Tape)....

wnyfalconfan (Joyce): Found falcon camouflaged on top i-beam near S corner of OCSR. Think this 1 is B. Hard to tell in lighting. At least I found our DT pair.
