Another nice day in Rochester is forecast with a high temperature of 60 (F) 16 (C) cloudy and no precipitation expected. It was 31 (F) -1 (C)when I left for downtown.
I arrived on the Broad St. Bridge (BSB) around 7:15am finding UT(unbanded tiercel) on the well wall next to the nest...
