Agreed Dale.  Lincoln is an incredible photographer and steward of all things good in and about NYC and Central Park.  Each day he puts up a whole new series of the most incredible photos.  It's my daily morning zen with my coffee!

Funny you say that - they are calling this storm a "snow hurricane" or a "snowicane"...I thought I had heard all possible descriptors for a blizzard having lived in upstate NY my entire life, but this one takes the cake!

Mariah was last seen quite a distance away from downtown near the mall in Irondequoit.  This was Beauty and someone else.

Beauty perching on Mercury's torch is becoming a more common site.  Must be perch central.  I like to tell the people in the office that Mercury is "flipping" them the bird 

I didn't see any further activity after that fight.  Whoever dared come too close to the nest box was quickly, and loudly escorted and divebombed out of the area.
