Thanks for that photo from 2014, Donna.  It's a really good comparison, showing a small black spot and also a lot of pink around the belly, another thing that was mentioned.  I realize that at least two of our eyasses have fallen onto their backs, and while that is a concern, perhaps it's not for the reason mentioned in the discussion on BCAW.  Could it be that the scrape is a bit steeper in a few spots?  Or maybe that they're just a bit rougher on each other than our eyasses have been in the past?  Who knows?  Also, the HD stills we get can't be beat, so I'm wondering if these issues are more common than we think, and they just go unnoticed at most other cam sites while the eyasses recover on their own.

Ah yes, poor Tesh.  Let's just hope we don't have any accidental fledges this year. Tesh was ready to go, though.  She knew what to do and she recovered beautifully.

Whew!  Thanks, Carly.  I know they can go a good while without being fed after hatching, but apparently there is some not so good history at that nestsite with that, so there was some concern.  Glad there is good news.

Yay, it's fixed!  I'm not sure if you did anything, Shaky, since it was fixed just seconds after I posted about it, but thank you anyway.   

I think it stopped working during the storm we had at about 8 PM.
