If a Falcon was sitting on a ledge in the elevator shaft and the elevator moved, could the Falcon get hurt or fall into the shaft and not be able to get out? Just wondering if anyone would know. Not likely. If the elevator started up, a falcon could quickly exit. Just the noise of the gears would be plenty of warning. The falcons can enter and leave the elevator shaft whether the elevator is up or down. It is an outside elevator, so there is no shaft to fall into. I was concerned because the elevator was stuck actually in the shaft, just a few feet down from the top. Don't know if it got stuck on the way down or on the way up, though. When I tweeted at 10:15 it was all way up at the top of the shaft, in its normal position.
