Ah, but at least one of the UTs from last year was a stealthy little guy.  He would reappear periodically when Dot.ca was at BS.  I think this one was too persistent yesterday and this morning to be easily chased away.  He's just hiding, and biding his time.  He'll be back. 

Perhaps this is the UT that bonded with Pigott at BS last October. Or not. We'll never know.

As I recall, Beauty mated with both UTs last year.

We think so.  Dana spotted her not too long ago by the O'Rorke Bridge in Charlotte, and Carol spotted a falcon flying over the river in Charlotte about a week ago.  Also, a woman who posted on the rfalconcam Facebook page says she has had a banded juvie visit the top of her air conditioner periodically recently, and that sounds like Billy.

Thanks, Kris.  It's a good thing Billy keeps finding new places around Charlotte to hang out.

Because falcons are known for pulling fire alarms.

Those sneaky falcons!  There were about 500 unhappy employees standing around in Aqueduct Park in the snow.  Somebody's got some 'splainin' to do.

It's times like these when I am grateful that our Rochester-born birds don't have transmitters, except for poor Quest and the one she is stuck with.  I prefer to think they have all gone blissfully along their merry way in life and have not come to any harm.  RIP young Blue YZ.
