Great shots, Shaky!  I've never seen a falcon down so low on OCSR. 

Thanks for posting, Kris.  That's interesting, and it confirms what I remember of the Changing Scene as well.  I went there with my parents around the time it first opened.  As I recall, you couldn't beat the scenery, but the food and the service were not always top notch.

Me too, as I was a bit creeped out when I learned that Archer and Mariah were mates for a short time.

Thanks, Donna.  I have many fond memories of the Sibley building, from the department store to the Sibley Tower Restaurant, going back to a time when little girls wore fancy dresses, hats, white gloves and patent leather shoes when dining out.  And I attended perhaps the coolest wedding reception EVER there back in the mid 1980s.  It's still a grand building, and I wish the new owners luck.

Could be!  I'll bet he's staying around because there's another tiercel in the area.  I may have seen three pefas at one time yesterday.  Yesterday, when Beauty and Dot.ca were perched under the SE and NE wings of the Times Square Building, I saw what could have been a pefa flying above them.  Actually, I couldn't tell if it was a falcon or a red-tailed hawk, as the sun was kind of in my eyes.
