Wonderful news for Beauty and Dot.ca! Egg #1 has landed. I was a bit concerned for Beauty. I checked the stills, as she stayed in that crouched position all night long. She appears to be okay this morning, though. Just tired. As I recall, it always seems as if the first egg is the hardest.

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy!

  I saw there was a new entry on the San Francisco Peregrines topic and thought 'Oh, for Pete's sake, they're hatching already and Beauty hasn't even laid her first egg of the season!' They certainly were the early birds this year.

And...exit stage left.

 

Wonderful news! And wherever he is, I hope Diamante is having a great life with a new mate, making more M&K grandbabies.
