I expect if it was Cadence early on this month she was just doing recon work because watching how relentless she has been the past 24 hours - honestly she is one strong female and I doubt anyone would survive weeks given how hard she's been attacking. Seriously anytime the resident female took to the air you'd see Cadence just swoop down on her. The resident female spent most of the morning crouching down in in front of the nestbox posturing with her head down low and her wings out around her body.

Me either Donna and this one has been particularly tough to watch. Cadence has been relentless on her. If you had seen the resident female last night it would have broke your heart, she was bleeding so badly and struggling to lay an egg. She looked better today but she was exhausted. She hasn't been seen for a few hours now and then we saw Cadence march into the box.. no idea if it's over but I expect the mom must be injured again if she didn't come back to her eggs.
