uh oh - she's vocalizing again and looking up.  Darn it, go away intruder girl!!

12.32 pm - Beauty back at nestbox. Quietly looking around.
12.37 pm - B moves in to the nestbox.
12.44 pm - B and DC bonding in nestbox.

All quiet since B took off after the intruder.  This 'strategy' is very reminiscent of what happened at Bloor Islington nest site a few years ago with Aria and Darcy that went on for several days.

5.38 pm - Beauty on deck near wall
6.01 pm - Beauty moves to the nest box.  She is still looking up, on alert still no doubt but no vocalizing.

While we were downtown,  the 3rd falcon came in. Flew around Xerox and landed on the corner. She stayed there for awhile with DC on OCSR and B in the nest box.  After awhile, she took off flying high heading south. B flew off in the same direction, but they never came together. B returned. When I left, the 3rd falcon had not returned.

2.41 pm - she moved out to the deck and flew off quietly.  You can see how cautious she was, she looked up first before taking off.

2.45 pm - DC came in and landed on corner of deck. He's chatting a bit.

2.50 pm - DC called out a few times and then left.

And while we watch and wait with Beauty.  Some news on Aria.  Marlene emailed this morning to say she looks ready to drop her first egg.  Like her mom, she had to deal with an interloper the other day which caused some excitement but all is well now.  Here is the photo she sent of Aria in her nest - taken yesterday.
