I expect that he was speaking in the context of 'in my experience' - meaning what he personally has dealt with out in the field as opposed to what he's read on the internet about other sites.

First hatch this morning for SW and Boomer! 

I think it's wonderful that they are doing this 

Our poor O'Connor is drenched today.  Sideways rain soaked her and we're expecting the next 5 days to be the same.

OMG sorry, it was Columbus!  Durand has a new hatch..sorry!

Baby #3 hatching right now as she's feeding the other two!!  

Well usually she'd just back up and out the box it would go unless she had no control over it. 

 

Looks like Beauty poohed a little after 2. Hopefully it rubs off pretty quick with the rolling...

All kidding aside, that is strange.  It almost looks like diarrhea.  I hope she's not sick.

Madame X and Surge may have a new egg(s) down at the other end of the scrape towards the cam.  Can't see the egg but she's been laying on something the past 2 days and nights.  The other day Surge dug up an old egg at the regular end so they had buried one of them.  I guess he wanted to move it to where the new one is but couldn't figure out how to do that so it's still sitting there.

Hatch #2 for Durand and Spark!!! 

She's back on the eggs now, hopefully for the night!
