That was a great show.
Scratch watched most of it with me, but she wasn't to keen to see and hear the Gyr.
She got quite vocal everytime they were on. Lots of "danger" warning sounds!
She does know her " birds of prey:

Speaking of hummers, is this guy an idiot or what? :
Lou, I take that personally!!! I WANT that hat. Doesn't it look like fun?

The man in the video looks very much like a departed  friend of mine. I can see him camping, sitting in a chair with his biking helmet on , the feeders dangling off it.The only difference would be him having a glass of Apfel Schnapps to while away the time, waiting for the hummers. RIP B .Z.

Gee I'm glad I'm not the only one having problems with the "NEW" gallery. I've chatted with a rep a few time and also emailed them. The response to the email was they were having a few glitches..
I did some playing around. not something i usually do but I was being adventurous. I went to My Account and clicked on Settings.. another sign in is required. , but i was able to see the OLD GALLERY.
and look my friends albums.
I also was able to place an order, but can't remember if it was with the new or old.
 Hope this helps

 Where was your friends farm?

It's about 120 miles south of Rochester, just over the PA border.

We finally had a chance to take a mini vacation last week.  A visit to our friends' 400 acre farm.
A perfect place to take Scratch!

think i can get one of the local kestrels or coopers hawks to guard my heritage tomato plant, Mr. Stripey, against squirrels?

I'd camp out to watch that.

Glad to hear Mr. Stripey is still going strong. Smiley
The squirrels have been digging out my container plants, and planting  walnuts in the pots!! crying

We'll have to schedule some on weekends and evenings in the fall or winter when people are at home.

In case someone can't attend a Guest chat, will it be transcribed or linked ?  That way everyone who may be interested, will be able to read the questions and answers.
