I sure hope someone on the roof got lots of pictures!

Quest keeps looking up towards the roof. I bet she is watching to see if anyone is coming back to get Harlie again! LOL

Quest was NOT her Mama!  Mariah would have kicked human backside and kicked it again because she could!  Quest looked pretty calm all things considered.

You got that right! Mariah would not have put up with anyone near her babies! Of course, we couldn't see what was happening on the roof. Quest could have been up there.

All done. Now we wait to find out if Harlie is a he or a she!

Before they went up the second time, a bag was lowered from the roof. Maybe Harlie was put in the bag and either lowered or raised.

Ut oh! Look behind you....Quest is back!

Are doing the banding on the scaffold? They've been up there quite a while.

Two men went up on the scaffold but left without Harlie! Did plans change at the very last minute or something?

They must be waiting to see the events of the day thru the window above and the right of the nest box. The blinds are open.

Thank you to everyone that was involved in putting up the cam. It's fantastic to be able to actually be able to see Quest and little Harlie.

She is in the NB now. It looks like she is digging another scrape. She was even laying on her chest using her feet to push the stone out of the way. Maybe we will get a second chance at some babies this year. Anyone know how soon after copulation she is able to lay an egg?

I can't wait to see pictures! Too bad there isn't a way to get a web cam on them. Even if for only a few minutes each day so we can track the new babes progress.

Can someone give me a better idea of where Unity's nest is. Kodak Park is a big place? I live about 2 miles from there and am very interested.

This is the power plant on Weiland Rd. off Ridgeway Ave. at Kodak Park. If you go, you must park in lot 77 only and call Kodak security @722-2121. Give your name and tell them you are there to watch the falcons. 

Thank you, that puts them a lot closer to where I live then I thought. Maybe I will get a chance to get there and see Unity and Archer this summer since I do not go downtown.
