Ely from 2008 is raising a family in central New York State.
Majesty from 2002 [one of the Toronto Five] is raising another family in Flint Michigan. She is also the last survivor from this hatch. Her parents were Ponce-Kingsley and Victoria.
Zanar from 2004 has a successful nest on the Ogdensburg bridge with four chicks.
Where is Ely? Is Majesty Mariah's sister? Zanar is Valiant's (Sabrina) mate? Does anyone know about the 4 chicks? Yes, Zanar is with Valiant. I have notes at home about the 4 eyases-I'll post the details later...

There were a few times in my 38 years of nursing when the hospital I worked at sent an ambulance out to get me and a few others when the roads were closed. We had to relieve people that had been pulling doubles, were tired and needed to get home.
I remember one blizzard where the NYC buses weren't running, so I walked to the hospital. I think I wound up working 20 hours. Thankfully, I hitched a ride home with a friend-in her husband's police car! Ei

I got maybe 3-4 inches by my house. The roads are clear but a little slick. Took me an extra 15 minutes to get to work. People who could walk here are calling out due to weather. I just don't get it.

Ei! You are actually working today?? OMG! Ireland will be all tucked up til this time next week... which probably goes some way towards explaining why the IMF is taking over... Well, we're used to this. You're not. And I work in health care. Ei

And only in NYC will you find 12 people, a snowblower and 2 bucket (small) loaders to clear 3 inches of snow from one city block. From the haggis cam... Ei

So, how is everyone doing? Just very light snow in Rochester.
Accuweather is calling it "Blizzapolis". And that may be true in NYC and along the coast, but here in Ulster county each time I check the predicted accumulation is lower than the last time. 5.8 inches is nothing to scoff at, but certainly no blizzapolis. Ei
