Just a reminder-lets keep on voting! Please keep Voting, Only 2 more days to go.Good Morning!!! Thomas Marks is currently in 1st place. This is the final weather word for the November contest. We are in the home stretch but there are 3 critical days of voting left. Please do not slow down this weekend. It wouldn't take much for West Street to take over 1st place. This is our last chance so to own the contest!!! The last day of voting is on Sunday, November 21st at 8 p.m. Please vote as much as you can all weekend long. Let's get voting!! Voting Hint: For those who do a lot of internet searches and are use to opening a couple of windows at a time, try opening more than one window with the weather machine website. Vote on one page and submit and while that page is refreshing, go to the next page and vote and submit, then repeat! It works great! Many more votes per minute! Still remember to make sure that the correct school and county are on the page. We don't want to vote for another school! The Weather Word for today, Saturday and Sunday is...... Front http://www.wgrz.com/weather/andyswxmachine/County: Niagara School: Thomas Marks Weather Word: Front Security Code: Submit! Thank you so very much for all of your time and effort in helping us in our quest to bring Andy Parker and his Weather Machine to Thomas Marks Elementary. Heidi

MAK did some digi-nocing this am. Not bad considering it was raining and she took this from inside her truck. Beauty on Mercury. Thanks MAK Pretty darn good, actually! Remember when Joyce first started watching and she was using binoculars with a camera built in?

Insistent little one, isn't she!
And you'll note that she's screaming in spite of what looks like a pretty full crop, not that a full crop ever kept anyone from screaming. I like her change in tone...from full on screaming (FOOD, FOOD, FOOD) to a series of shorter, quieter, more squeaky vocalizations that I translated as...Oh boy, he's getting a treat out of his bag! And then the falcon version of nom nom nom as she's gobbling down the treats! Ei

Wile browsing on the Daily Squee (an I can haz ceezburger subsidiary) I found this one appropriate to today... With the ID found in the comments... Kim says: November 17, 2010 at 1:10 pm âTis an âInca Ternâ. I knew it had to be some sort of tern, and just googled âblack tern white curls on eyesâ, haha. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inca_ternXylia says: November 17, 2010 at 1:12 pm I donât know what species this is, but I recognize the place it was taken, weirdly enough. I visited the National Aviary in Pittsburgh last weekend and I have photos of these exact birds on the same rail. Kind of weird to see this! Reply Dionna M Gregory says: November 17, 2010 at 1:13 pm The bird is an Inca Tern. Beautiful bird found in Chile and Peru! Ei

And while we're thanking Shaky for the great features, can I also mention that I am trying to use a very slow wireless connection (not my normal home network, which is pretty fast), and Rfalconcam's speed really rocks! I'm getting very impatient trying to load a few of my other favorite sites (I can haz Cheezburger, Cute Overload, etc.), but Rfalconcam just pops up and refreshes blazingly fast!

Here's one from today, Patti, in case you can't get the page loaded... Ei

Good Morning! We have fallen into 2nd place. As of right now we are 1,193 votes behind. There is no reason why we cannot catch up and own first place once again tomorrow. Vote as many times as you can today.
Phooey! OK-time to roll up our sleeves & get voting! Ei

to Shaky, I guess -
I have a really hard time remembering to sign my posts here, but I would go back and put my name in a few using "modify" - if it modifies over there as well. If the posts are sent over once and anything I change here just makes a mess or makes no difference at all over there, I won't bother and just try to remember in the future.
thanks. dale
Unfortunately not. If you open the actual message you'll see the changes, but the original copy won't change. Hard to remember when you're out of the habit... Ei

Would really be simple by just putting your handle in the signature spot. Those who sign their name should put both---- User name/name---
Unfortunately, the signature line doesn't carry over to there. All you see is the text of the message, embedded pictures & smilies. We'll figure it out. Ei
