Rochester Falcons / Rfalconcam Website News / Re: Live Video & New Camera Page In Time For Hatching

Is anyone else besides me getting a blank screen when clicking on the "Tune in to the rfalconcam show on Ustream" under the Ustream picture on rfalconcam? ???
This may or may not be the same problem...there's an Optimum online ad that's been interrupting my video. Whenever that ad comes up the screen goes blank...have to use the refresh button to start it again. It works fine then until that ad comes up again. I know there's no control over the ad content, but if there's anyone to contact about it, it is aggravating! Oh, and the General Hospital ad that plays even when you don't accidentally click on the ad...

Anyone gone through the archive to determine when it disappeared?
I was just trying to post this in another thread... I ran through the archive for the night and I think Beauty took the egg out around 5 this morning. The last time I saw it was 11:19 (though that might have been a baby butt on further review). The rest of the night she slept soundly head under wing except for a quick turn around 3 and 4. It's real blurry, but it appears the egg might still be there by her feet when Beauty gets up at 5. Then she leaves & comes back quickly. It's gone when she feeds the eyases at 5:20

This egg just doesn't look right.
Now that I'm home & looking on a real monitor, I'm thinking the 3rd egg may not be good. I'm not giving up hope yet, but that spot does look strange. Only time will tell. I think so too. Like it's oozing something and that's why everything is sticking to it. It's not good for her to be brooding it if it's bad, is it?It shouldn't be a problem...lots of unhatched eggs in a lot of nests...Rhea Mae still has an unhatched egg in the scrape... I was just saying that because of what Carol posted when Beauty disposed of the first egg (in case this one is also broken): Beauty did the right thing, disposing of the broken egg. According to our friend Mark Nash, CPF, the material inside the egg can be very distructive if it gets on their feathers. It looks like Beauty answered the question for us...it looks like the 3rd egg is gone. Amazing how they know.

Has anyone else typed Kaver in today then had to fix it before posting? I've done it at least 3 times today. He gave us so many funny moments over the years, every funny moment today had his name written all over it. I'm sure Archer will be just as good a Dad, but I still do miss Kaver...and Mariah...
