Perhaps, while we wait, you could enlighten us as to whether the apparent recent preference for Mercury's foot (other than fond memories) over Mercury's money bag is, in fact, the case. For Lord G? How does he get up there? Or is it just for watchers in general? I knew that would be confusing once I hit enter then got sidetracked before I could modify it )I need a do not disturb-falcon posting sign for my office door)...as we used to say in Brooklyn... DO OVER! So, perhaps while we wait you could answer a question...Has Beauty actually been showing a preference for Mercury's foot over his money bag lately? If so, any speculation why...other than fond memories?

I hope the eggs hatch soon and the watchers start returning, as there's not much activity outside lately.

The times and dates on the monthly map are in GMT. So that April 19th point is really April 18th at 9:25 PM.
There probably won't be any data for April 19 (yesterday). Tonight's data will contain data for today.
Didn't realize that...thanks! Any really poor signals that you really can't rely on but might give us a hint? I know I'm asking for too much, but...well, can't blame me for trying

Saw this on the CPF site just now for ADM Mill Port Colborne (Freedom's old nest box)-emphasis added-
Deja Vu - Doug Garbutt Reports: I last reported we had 4 eggs here. The eggs have somehow disappeared. Just like last year! 3 falcons were on site at the time the eggs were being incubated. Not sure if this is the reason. We now have a new monitor & will be able to see what’s happening in the box again. Today 2 falcons were in the box. One of them had a radio transmitter on it.
Doug Garbutt Reports: Sorry, forgot to put location on last message. Message was from Port Colborne ADM Mill.

I was looking at the CMNH forum today, they have a picture with what looks like 3 eggs. Anytime I check the cam the eggs are covered. http://www.falconcam-cmnh.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?50789I was looking at some of the 2005 pictures on their site last week, I wonder if it's the same pair as the current. They said it was Amelia but I wonder. The female is dark and the male is light. According to the 2007 news, the female hatched in 2003 in MA so it could be the same as the current. The pictures of Amelia from 2001, 2002 doesn't look like the falcon in the 2005 pictures. What can you say, I guess insurance company people don't know falcons! ??? The CMNH picture sure does look like 3 (for those still offline there) We can only guess when it was laid...guess we'll count backward from hatch day!

Looky what I saw on the Travelers website... "Nest News 2010 2010 April 15 - A falcon has nested on the tower on or about April 10. As of April 15, the falcon is incubating two eggs. The first egg was probably laid on April 12 and the second on April 13." Let's see...I'm sure it's a PAIR of falcons...24 hours between eggs? I first saw an egg on April 10-second egg spotted April 14... I guess we can at least say they're acknowledging that there's a scrape on their roof...better than a few days ago!
