12.07 pm - dad has been in twice and no food since early morning. *sigh*
12.20 pm - finally food.! Cadence feeding baby.
I just keep thinking how...challenged...Dot was that first year with Orion. He'll get the hang of it. |

Since the band number of the as yet unnamed eyas is Y42, I think its name should be something from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series of books, radio plays, movie, etc. As those of us who are fans know, 42 is the answer to life, the universe and everything. Let me see, it could be Arthur, or Ford, or Trillian, or Zaphod, or Slartibartfast, or Marvin, or others whose names I'm not recalling . Y(why)42, you ask? No clue, except that 42 is pi. Oh, this is a very special bird indeed.
It will probably be Sugar Plum or Twinkle Toes.  Or yet another Sandy... |

11.41 and dad left and he's brought back some food and is attempting to feed the kids. Interesting...I wonder if Cady is doing the hunting and he's going to play mom. Hope she is okay, she's been gone almost 3 hours.  I see above she's back. Probably just stretching her wings! |
