Hmmm...MAK had B on FCT at 9:49-9:50...is the timing off or is this DC?

 

Hmmm.  Good question.  I just did a check of all of my windows at work and didn't find anyone.  

Whoever it was left at 9:57. I think he may have been too far back on the beam to see from the ground

Today I found a couple of frogs...who all chirped as they dove under water...got one though...



I wonder why everyone who sees me with the camera assumes I'm looking for birds? A tip clued me in on "the big one" across the beaver pond...



I guess I'm getting fairly good at spotting bird behavior...I knew he was going to take off...a bit blurry but still caught him!

I did not know there were American red squirrels either - til I was sitting by a stream in the Catskills and heard a chattering behind me. I turned slowly and was delighted to see one sitting only feet away. Charming.

Yup...LOADS of them in my back yard in the foothills of the Catskills
