  for Quest and Kendal.  They will be such good parents!   They have experience raising one, then two, now four!

This is a really wild guess, and perhaps shows my ignorance about the way of the falcon, but since this juvie has been kind of spotted  either DT or at BS before and no one seems to take note of it  (the pefas) could it possibly be Orion?   It just went through my head that maybe he is passing through and that's why DC is not going after him?  Would he recognized the juvie as such?   

"They" say that they wouldn't recognize their offspring...but "they" are often wrong...
