That photo is taken from downtown somewhere, right in the heart of the concrete jungle where King St and Sheraton are located - I recognize those buildings. There are some pricey condos down in that area as it's right near the harbour front area.
Well then...I was going to say it looked like Rhea Mae but the glass balcony threw me off. If that's where it is then that's who I think it is!

Just got home & checked my twitter feed. All the RFCNow posts from earlier (through 3:22 ezsha) came through but this one didn't. That's because it was prefaced with the "@" symbol, which makes it a reply to someone whose twitter user name is "Carol." If you are following Rfalconcamnow, you won't see replies from Rfalconcamnow to someone else. Don't create an Ralconcam Now topic with a subject starting with an "@" unless you follow it with a space character. Oops-I knew that-didn't realize I forgot the space-sorry

Who is this? Was posted on our FB page by Will. It's Toronto! All I know is that it's so high up, the picture gives me vertigo! I've never had a picture do that before! It's a beautiful picture, but those glass balcony walls... whooo! No guesses? Couldn't see it at work-I'd guess near the nest site where Dot.Ca was hatched-Sun Life in Etobicoke. The fledglings there seem to favor get stuck on glassed in balconies.

Feather, pebble or a bit of a bruise on her foot? IDK Some blurry side pics show that there might still be an open area which could be draining. The pic I posted earlier didn't show any bruise that I saw so maybe a feather stuck to drainage? Hard to say. I'm voting for feather. The whirly foot pic earlier when she had a beak full of lunch-looks to me like her feet were just as yucked with lunch as her beak.
