 'm so happy to hear the checkup went well and you are feeling better. Nothing like a surprise surgery when you went expecting something simpler, right?? Hooray for progress and incision healing! Hope sleeping in bed worked out well.
And many thanks for all your falcon watches.
That was fascinating! I'm quite sure I wouldn't be able to weave such a nest even with 2 hands and 10 fingers. I had to laugh at the novice builder and the look on his face every time the nest fell, and felt sorry for the birds without mates who had to dismantle their amazing structures and start all over again.
