I was very disappointed in this show. Although the photography was sometimes beautiful, the main focus was on predation. Watching one species kill and eat another is not my cup of tea.

I too am thrilled beyond expression that the juvies have found the gorge. Most of my favorite falcon photos in years past were taken there with the rock wall and/or the falls behind. Hip Hip Hooray!!

Thanks for lighting me a candle. It's probably silly and not at all logical but lighting a candle makes me feel like I'm helping Kendal heal.

I have had no luck lately lighting candles for Kendal. When I light the first one and then go back to candles to do another, it takes me to the whole list instead of just Q & K.  Worse, when I try it again from the original bookmark, I find that my candle was not counted. Anybody else having trouble with this site?

Oh boy, my nerves can't take much more of them sitting on the very edge of the platform.    Hopefully instinct will keep them from plunging all the way over before they can fly at all. I'd feel a little better about it if they weren't still so awkward and clumsy in their movements. I'm way too old for this!

  Thank you everyone for the festive birthday wishes. I had a wonderful day hawk watching and a very different (for me) evening watching my granddaughter in a runway fashion show.
