I saw a young fledgling eat a salad of poison ivy leaves after having dinner. Believe it or not! lol

Am I seeing Beauty and Dot.ca displaying as if it were spring? I don't remember them doing this in the past.  Of course, I could have missed it.

 

My understanding is they do this at the end of every season to secure their bond to each other.  Maybe someone else on here can explain it better than I can.

Hi all! Yes! The adults will pair bond at the end of the season. They are letting each other know they did a great job and that they will do it all again next year! lol

I know some people don't like that the falcons are banded, but I just love to know who they are and where they come from. Thanks for this wonderful news Carly!

Just saw both Rhea Mae and Tiago bowing to each other in the nest tray. Sure hope Zoe and Falcor are doing well.

This situation is so sickening to me. We work so hard to protect our little ones. To give them the best beginning we can possibly give them. They wander, find a mate, have young, then this. So much is out of our control. It makes me so sad and so frustrated that we are powerless to help. Move on Cadence. Please.  

So sad that this happened.
