8:51am. They just did a sweep of the area with their pan cam. No falcons found.
2507  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 27-Mar-17, 08:48:39 AM
8:47 am. I've been watching on and off for the last hour. Haven't seen any falcons.

About five minutes ago both Rhea Mae and Tiago were in the nest tray. Gone now.  wub2

Let's hope it's over for tonight. Her mate needs to bring her some food. Looks like it might be raining?

Carol, thank you so much for the report! And given the location of the Statler, weekends can be brutal trying to find our birds! I went last weekend and got totally messed up in all the St Patrick's Day traffic jams.
Did you check the old Holcim, now CHR? That site is perfect and has a cam but so far, no activity.

Hi Sage! Hope all is well with you.  wave

I'm afraid we didn't have a chance to check out CHR. Next time.

It was our first visit to Richardson. Boy are they a vocal pair!  lol

We were happy to see both falcons on cam at Statler this morning.

True. We've had battles during egg laying too.
2513  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 26-Mar-17, 02:46:56 PM
When Pigott (we believe it was her) and Beauty battled, it was very intense for a couple days. They finally broke it off and Pigott eventually relocated to Syracuse.
2514  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 26-Mar-17, 02:43:21 PM
She and Cadence both have to be exhausted.
2515  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 26-Mar-17, 02:38:17 PM
It looks to be strained. She can still pull it back. I've seen battles and they can be vicious. I'm glad they don't have sound.
2516  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 26-Mar-17, 02:27:44 PM
The female's left wing is injured. It's impossible to get her unless she goes down. So sad.
2517  Rochester Falcons / Rochester Falcon Offspring / Re: Cadence, 91/BA on: 26-Mar-17, 08:42:37 AM
I hope someone is there watching in case one of the falcons come to the ground. Sad

Cam is panning again Carol so they are watching again this morning.

Are any watchers on the ground at the nest site?
