A 2:30 pm sighting of two falcons seen at the ST location by our friend Marie.  She posted this on our Facebook page.

"Hi - this is Marie at ST. Was outside and watched a falcon land on the south east end of the building. I believe it was around 2:30 pm. Not on the tall antenna, but on the shorter one. I have no idea which bird it was. I'm not good, like MAK, who knows their names on sight. About 5 minutes later 2 falcons flew around the south end of the building and flew over the river heading north west."

So amazing to watch this.   

It's either Rhea Mae or Tiago at home, keeping watch over their territory from the nest ledge.

It was a rainy night in Rochester and the library was a lovely shade of blue.

That's too bad Carly.  I had a feeling.  Looks really close too.  That area is going to become choked with high rises.  Not a safe place for young fledglings.   

Hope it's just roof work and not yet another skyscraper going up.
