Just realized I forgot to mention something that happened during this Watch.

While Joyce and I were watching both Beauty and Dot.ca on City Hall, DC took off and flew over the building.  He flew down to where Beauty was on the window ledge.  There was vocalization and Beauty lowered her head.  Dot.ca attempted to land but pulled back at the last second.  Joyce and I believe that he attempted to copulate with her, but the space she was in was too small.

Janie - It was a joy to finally meet you and Walter.  I was thrilled to show you the places where "our" falcons fly and happy that you saw Beauty on the Frontier Communication Tower.   

I truly hope that you and Walter are able to come back to Rochester for next year's Falcon Watch Weekend.  You would love seeing the young fledglings.

My heart goes out to Terry and her whole family for the loss of her mom.  I will truly miss seeing Tess at the cash register in Wild Wings gift shop, always there to greet you with a smile.  Rest in peace dear Tess.  You will be missed.   

I didn't see this one listed.  Right now it is showing a rescued Red-necked Phalarope with a coracoid fracture.  Just watched it eat a small fish.

Just wanted to let everyone know we had a blast at the Watcher Get-Together at the Brewery.  The food was great, the drinks were terrific and most importantly the friends gathered were priceless.   

Those that attended were; Dan S, Larry O, MAK, Pat, Kathy O, Lisa McK, Carrie, Shaky, Joyce, Jeanne and me Carol P.   

We ended the evening with a bang, watching the fire works after the Red Wings game.  They were quite excellent!
