Sad news-Lincoln and Roger_Paw's blogs today say that the female seen since Aug. 20th with Pale Male is not Zena who has been missing for quite a while now.  The new female (if he choses her for a mate) would be Pale Male's 3rd in a year (Lima, Zena and ?) and his 8th total.

               

This is sad news.

[RFalconconcam Main Camera]

Hello Everyone!  

The RFalconcam Merchandise Team will be working on a 2013 Calendar using pictures from the RFalconconcam Main Camera and we need your help.  

The main camera has been giving us some unbelieveably beautiful pictures of our Rochester Falcons this year.  

Now I know that many of you save these pics and you all have your favorites.  I know I do!  

For this calendar, we are looking for the following from those of you who would like to help out.

1 - Main Camera Pics Only
2 - No Cropped Pictures Please!
3 - Pictures From 2012 Only

These can be pictures of Orion, Beauty, Dot.ca, Unity and Archer.  Any of our falcons that showed up at the nest box in 2012.  We would like to include all of them in this calendar.

You can send up to three of your favorite pictures to me at libbymybird @ yahoo . com (no spaces).  Please send them no later than Friday, September 7th.

Twelve of these pictures will be used in a 2013 RFalconcam Calendar.

Reminds me of when someone reported seeing Hafoc eating and smoking outside the front entrance of Media Play in Greece, NY.  No camera could be found.   

Carol tell him we love him and miss him. We understand when he comes home he just might have to beside himself (just more of him to love)

Orville has been resting comfortably.     He keeps asking me how his good friend Orion is doing.     He really misses him.     He would also like to thank all of his many fans around the world for their well wishes.
