(movie) Beauty knocks Orville off the perch.

Ooops! Should have waited before posting... (And should have guessed Donna would catch it.) NOW what do we do?!

If Orion doesn't grab him and do some flying lessons with him. Next time they do any maintenance (camera or box) I assume they will put him back in the nest box. If he falls off maybe he can be rescued and rehabbed and released into the nest box this fall.

Well, that's a given.  Orville is very special to all of us and evidently Orion is determined to have his rocky friend fledge.  I will be down below with my baseball mitt, ready to catch him if needed.   

Shaky figured it out.  He contacted me and asked if I were composing my reports in Word first and then cutting and pasting them into the Watch Blog.  That was exactly what I was doing.  So I typed my last report directly into the Watch Blog area last night and that did the trick.

No more using Word for my Watch Reports.  Sorry everyone!

I have a question for anyone reading my Watch Reports.  I've had a couple people send me emails saying that they are having trouble viewing my newer watch reports.  Has anyone else been have a problem seeing them?  Thanks! Carol P.

Love seeing them, any word on the kids?

I haven't heard anything further about RM&T's young ones.

A little birdie says Dot.ca is on the arm pointing right at us while Orion is eating on the platform below...he stole Dot's food. Beauty is on Kodak Tower.

Nah, Dot.ca was hunting very hard for his son.  On the 7th try he was successful.  It was definitely meant for Orion.  ;-)

Carol, you rule as the Rochester Falcon Fotographer.  I just try and copy you.  Glad you liked the pictures.  I love the peregrines because of Rochester.  I always give credit to you folks.

   Thanks for that compliment Bonnie, but there are much better photographers out there than me with my dinky little Kodak camera.     But I still have so much fun watching and taking pictures of these beautiful creatures.   

It makes me very happy that so many people have joined the Falcon/Fledge Watch over the years and that so many folks have visited Rochester just to see the Rochester Falcons.
