Thanks everyone. Sadly, none of my pictures showed the mystery tiercel's legs, so I have no idea if he is banded or not.  Maybe one of my long-lens friends can answer that question after looking at their pictures.

Thanks so much for the update.  It has been so long in coming, but I know I must be patient.  If Beauty returns to Rochester I am fearful of the outcome.  Time will tell.

I did ask and was told not at this time.  They did not want to put her under any stress.  Totally understandable.  Sorry.  I tried.

Thanks Carly!  We had such a nice time visiting with our friends at CPF.  and holding a Peregrine was truly awesome.  Cheyenne is such a sweetie!
