I don't believe you expect us ''oldies but goodies'' to see that tiny picture!!!!!

Post us a life sized!!!!!

Hey!  I'm an old fogie!   2funny

I was so bad this year about posting my pics and videos.  I don't know where the time went.  I will hopefully get time to put together some albums this Winter to share with everyone.

That is something they do at least a couple times a year.  So it's a good possibility that's what they were doing.

43 baby Pefas hatched in that nest box.  We would have been notified if the nest box was being removed.  Haven't heard a thing about it.

Make sure to visit the Scrape for new holiday items and other exciting stuff.  We're in the process of adding new items for the holiday season.  Check out the two new ornaments being offered by your friendly RFalconcam merchandise team.  Keep checking back frequently.  New items will be announced soon.  Thanks for your support!   clap

Hmmm-is it just the work 'puter or is the M&K picture missing?

Callidora looks so cute!  (must budget-one calendar...one ornament...well, OK, maybe 2...and enough for one of those display thingys since I don't do a tree...)

Hey EI.  Must be your work computer.  I'm able to see the M&K pic on mine.  It's one of those classic stand-off pictures.  Love it!!!

Thought for Today

"A dream is a wish your heart makes when you're fast asleep."

It's no wonder I dream about Mariah a lot!   wub2

So Beauty had left the Times Square building when DebbieH came knocking on my window. I got out of the truck and started talking to her when 3 big tractor trailers parked in front of and behind me. One of the drivers with his South Carolina accent came up to us and asked if we owned this truck. I asked why and he said cuz we need the space to unload for a concert at the Blue Cross Arena. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be performing this weekend there. So we said our goodbyes and I just came home. I took a couple pics of Beauty when she was on the Times Square building. Hopefully she will show up on them and Donna can post for me. Have a great day Rochester falcon fans! heart heart heart heart

heart TSO....anyone going?

I would love to go, but can't right now.

Hey MAK, were the meters covered on the Broad St. bridge?

Beauty on Times Square-11/12/10

And she can't come to the nest? Oh Beauty.

She is a stubborn one.   laugh

Found Falcon Watcher Dana at KP, but no Pefas.  A Kestrel was on a light pole in the parking lot near where we park.

I saw this bird from KO, quite a distance away, when I went out for lunch.  I thought Falcon because of the location, but I couldn't be sure.  Guess it will remain a mystery.

My father served during the Korean Conflict (as it was called).  What many call the forgotten war.

THANKS DAD!  For all you and your fellow soldiers have done, we salute you!   clap

Just got this from Gigi - Great News!   2thumbsup

"OBTW, one of Indy's chicks from 2009, IndyFroona, has been sighted at the Port Washington, Wisconsin nest.   They have requested information about her name.  Oh, what a story.    We are just so excited to hear that one of our chicks is doing so well.  And may she hatch many babies.  Laura sent me a link to the cam, but I can't get it to work.  I will keep you posted!"

For the Newbees here, Froona (from the Netherlands and very active in Pefa restoration/comeback there) died way too soon in 2009.  One of the Indy females was named to honor Froona's contributions, hence the name.  I'm glad that a little bit of Froona lives on.   angel

This is awesome news.  Froona was a huge Mariah and Kaver fan.  She is definitely missed and I couldn't be more happy that little Froona has survived and may hopefully have children of her own someday.   clap

Let's all remember our Veteran's today and thank them for their service.   clap

Former Georgia Senator and Governor Zell Miller had a stirring speech about the sacrifice of soldiers: “For it has been said so truthfully that it is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the agitator, who has given us the freedom to protest. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, serves beneath the flag, whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives that protester the freedom to abuse and burn that flag.â€

Really cool picture!  I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's a Puffin.   happy

I agree Carol. The wings look puffin-like!

It does look like the back of this front!  I'm going with Carol P.'s guess of Puffin!
What a evolutionary wonder!  That face -- a clown of the bird kingdom for sure!!!
Anne in Toronto

Love that picture too Anne!  LOVE Puffins!   heart
