Stay safe everyone affected.  It looks like a nasty storm. 

Glad Quest decided not to go back to Cape Cod and Nantucket.  Looks like they'll also be hit by this blizzard.

After checking my Rhea Mae and Tiago banding day pictures I can only tell you that it's not one of their young ones.  I am pretty sure it's a female.

Hey Nan - It's an all black band, so it's a Canadian 1st year Falcon.  Hmmmm, yellow tape over the USFW band.  Have to do some searching when I get home.  Thanks for posting.

Sue (Bess) and I watched with a lot of interest when the worker walked on the top most scaffolding on the Kodak Tower.  Beauty(?) was preening on the NE corner of the launchpad, when he came around the corner.  We watched (with amusement) as Beauty(?) hunkered down like a cat!   

She watched the oblivious man below her for all of a minute.  Then took off!  Humans!  I have no time for Humans!   

Beauty(?) very slowly flew over us and then headed back downtown.  It was cold, but Sue(Bess) and I enjoyed our Watch.   

Hey Carol - I just checked the tower from my view from the office and I can see the northeast corner of the tower.  I'll keep a better watch out for Beauty (?) since she's been hanging around the last few days.

Oh, Anne.  I'm so sorry to hear that your dad has passed away.  I loved reading your stories about Fred.  I'm so glad that he joined our group and enjoyed watching Mariah, Kaver and their young.  He will truly be missed.

Looks like you both had a wonderful time.  Thanks for sharing your warm (yes, compared to what we now have here in Rochester, it was warm!) vacation with us.   

The camera is now pointing north down State St.  I think the camera is trying to find Mariah in Irondequoit.   

And it is very windy!!!  I think the camera has moved

The winds are supposed to gust at over 55 mph over the next couple days.  Hold onto your hat!
